Living up to the philosophy of “better to teach a man how to fish instead of giving him a fish”

Nutri-add Program, a nutrition knowledge sharing program co-organized by Wyeth Nutrition Hong Kong and St. James' Settlement, is in its 10th anniversary this year. The first part of this year's plan was two online health seminars, and the second part of the plan was the get together of 10 nutrition groups sessions. The nutritionists from Wyeth Nutrition and St. James' Settlement explained and guided all families participating in the nutrition group in choosing more nutritious food.

In order to live up to the philosophy of “better to teach a man how to fish instead of giving him a fish”, Wyeth Nutrition Hong Kong and St. James' Settlement have arranged two drawing workshops riding on St. James' Settlement’s "FOOD-CO Green Christmas Carnival" in December 2021. At the workshops, tutor guided children and parents to create their own illustrations focusing mainly on the theme of limiting food wastage. Many families took part in the workshop on the day and the scene was lively.

Wyeth Nutrition Hong Kong will continue to promote healthy living and strive to raise the public's awareness of food nutrition.
